Cairo – Mubasher: Eastern Company, Egypt’s cigarette maker, expects to profit EGP1.5 billion ($192 million) by the end of FY15/16.

The tobacco’s maker shaped its estimate in line with the financial indicators of the first six-month period ended 31 December, 2015 as well as the targeted profits set in the FY15-16 budget estimates.

Financial results’ indicators showed an increase of H1-15 net profit by 38.1% to EGP809 million.
