Abu Dhabi – Mubasher:  RAK Properties generated net profits of AED 132.7 million ($36.13 million) in the fourth quarter of 2015, a jump of 63.14% from AED 81.34 million ($22.15 million) in the same quarter of 2014, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.

In the fiscal year 2015, the Abu Dhabi-listed developer’s profits increased 2.8% to AED 160 million as compared to AED 155.74 million in the fiscal year 2014.
