Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange said it received as disclosure report from Palm Hills Development regards listing the company’s post-capital increase shares.

The company raised its authorized capital from EGP 4.34 billion to EGP 4.39 billion, up by EGP 53.4 million.

The capital increase of EGP 53.4 million, will be distributed across 26.7 million shares at EGP 2 par value each.

EGX said it is currently studying the company’s request before presenting it to the listing committee.
