Cairo – Mubasher: Pyramisa Hotels & Resorts said its shareholders approved on Sunday the distribution of cash dividends for FY14 at EGP 3 per share.

Meanwhile, shareholders voted against the distribution of bonus shares.

The company's ordinary general meeting gave a nod to retaining earnings for the fiscal year 2015.

The company's consolidated financial results showed EGP 92.4 million net profit for 2014, a jump of 100.4% year-on-year.

FY15 net profit fell by 38.9% year-on-year to EGP 56.39 million.
