Cairo - Mubasher: Utopia said shareholders of record until 14 March would be entitled to its cash dividends of EGP 2.2 per share.

The company will start distributing the dividends as of 17 March.

Earlier, Utopia’s board has agreed on increasing the developer’s cash dividends to be EGP 2.2 per share for the fiscal year 2015, with a total of EGP 6.6 million.

The real estate firm saw net profits of EGP 4.8 million in 2015.
