Mubasher: Ordinary general meeting of Oman Fiber Optic Company approved distributing 40% dividends for 2015 by 25% in cash and 15% of the capital as bonus shares.

The Muscat-listed company said that total cash dividends are OMR1.57 million at 250 baisa per share.

Oman Fiber Optic added that the OGM which was held on Wednesday approved distributing bonus shares at 15 shares for every one hundred shares.

The capital of the company amounted OMR6.27 million, divided into 6.274 million shares, with a nominal value OMR 1 per share.

The company posted OMR1.61 million net profits last year, compared with OMR7.87 million in 2014.
