Mubasher: Global Investment House Company said on Sunday that it decided to withdraw from Bahrain Bourse as of Wednesday, 9th March.

The company added that, it took this decision for the absence of listing purpose and the fact that the company is not listed in its home market, Kuwait Bourse.

Global is suspended from trading in the Bahrain bourse since 2011.

The company pointed that its shareholders in Bahrain should transfer their shares from Bahrain bourse to Kuwait Clearing Company from Wednesday, 9 March after submitting the required documents.
