Mubasher: Bahrain Tourism Company’s ordinary general meeting to be held on Wednesday 30 March to discuss distributing cash dividends for 2015.

OGM will discuss board of directors’ proposal of distributing cash dividend by 17% or 17 fils of the capital at BHD 1.224 million, according to bourse filing.

The company added that it will allocate BHD 15,000 for donations and charity, in addition to carrying over BHD 897,818 to the retained earnings.

Bahrain Tourism announced distributing 12% of the capital for 2014 by 12 fils per share.
