Mubasher: Oman Agriculture Development Company announced on Monday that its ordinary general meeting (OGM) agreed on converting the company from a public shareholding company to a closed one.

According to a bourse filing, shareholders mandated the company’s board of directors to complete the converting procedures with the competent authorities.

In mid-December last year, the company earlier offered to buy the small shareholder’s stake at OMR 1.654 ($4.30).
