Cairo – Mubasher: MB for Engineering and Contracting will commence taking orders for its initial public offering (IPO) on Cairo bourse during 30-31 March, said Mohamed Hammam, Managing Director at SIGMA Capital Securities.

The company’s stock will debut on the Egyptian Exchange on 5 April 2016.

By the end of February, the Egyptian Exchange approved the company’s request to float 27.6% of its shares on Cairo bourse at EGP 5.95 a share.

Sigma Capital is acting as the lead manager, while Mubasher for Securities and Arabeya Online are the assistant lead managers.
