Riyadh-Mubasher: National Commercial Bank’s (NCB) ordinary general meeting agreed on distributing cash dividends at 7.5% of capital for the second half of the fiscal year 2015.

NCB will pay SAR 0.75 per share as cash dividends, with a total value of SAR 1.496 billion ($391.71 million). The distribution will start on 20 April, according to a recent statement.

As for the first half of 2015, dividends were decided at SAR.80 per share. Thus, the overall amount of dividends approved for FY2015 reached SAR 1.55 per share or 15.5% of capital.
