Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK) said on Wednesday that the subscribed capital securities stood at BHD 86.098 million ($228.36 million), according to a bourse statement.

The subscription represented 86.1% of the total subscription offering.

“BBK announced the subscription results and allotment basis of the BHD 100 million ($265.3 million) perpetual tier1 convertible capital securities offering on a rights privileged basis to shareholders, for which Securities & Investment Company (SICO) is the lead manager,” added the statement.
