Cairo – Mubasher: Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals’ shareholders of record till 16 May 2016 would be entitled to FY15 cash dividends, according to a bourse filing.

Earlier, the shareholders decided to increase FY15 cash dividend payout to EGP1.40 from EGP1.25 per share, totaling EGP656.2 million.

The dividends will be paid out on two installments: a one-pound payout starting from 19 May 2016 and a forty-piaster payout effective from 14 July 2016.

In 2014, the company distributed dividends at EGP1.65 a share, totaling EGP866.2 million.

The company’s FY15 profits declined by 15.5% year-over-year to EGP842 million from EGP997 million.
