Kuwait-Mubasher: Tamdeen Investment has purchased additional 73.63% stake in a subsidiary, according to a bourse statement.

The buyer acquired the stake in Tamdeen Real Estate Development for KWD 3.46 million ($11.5 million), in addition to the 26.37% share it already owns, bringing its ownership to 99.99%.

The financial impact of this step will show in the statement for the second quarter of 2016.
