Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Group for Tourism and Development Company (Al Hokair) signed a management and operation agreement with Radisson Blu for an under construction new hotel property in the city of Al Khobar, Al Rakah city.

According to a bourse filing, the deal includes developing the hotel by the owner Mazen Al Saeed Holding. The property includes 150 hotel rooms, multipurpose hall and a health club.

Under the agreement, Al Hokair Group will lease the hotel for 17 years starting from the date of receiving the hotel building, which is expected to operate in the fourth quarter of 2016.
