Dubai-Mubasher: The board of Dubai-based courier Aramex approved on Tuesday a proposal to acquire an additional stake of 25% in Aramex-Mashreq for Logistics Services in Egypt, according to a bourse statement.

Aarmex is currently holding 75% in Aramex Mashreq.

The board also gave the go-ahead to enter into services agreements with Fadi Sarieddine Design Studio and partnership with Wamda Ventures JLT, as well as sponsoring a number of educational programs.
