Cairo – Mubasher: Rubex International for Plastic and Acrylic Manufacturing Company’s extraordinary general meeting (EGM) decided to postpone the activity of aluminium extrusions and other activities until obtaining the necessary permits from competent authorities.          

According to a bourse filing released on Tuesday, the article No. (3) will relating the company’s businesses will be amended to include more activities.

The stock shrank today by 4.34% to EGP 6.83.
