Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Financial Market (DFM) saw a bearish performance in Monday’s early trades, amid a decline in the real estate and investment sectors.
The DFMGI declined 1.24% or 41.4 points to 3,284.41 points by 11:40am UAE time.
The real estate sector decreased 2.3% after Arabtec Holding and Emaar Properties slid 3.4% and 1.6%, respectively.
The investment sector levelled down 1% as DFM Company retreated 3%.
On the flipside, the transportation sector rose 1%, lifted by Air Arabia which rose 2.4%.
Turnover reached AED 217.9 million after 191.2 million shares were traded through 2,790 transactions.
