Mubasher: GCC and Egypt stock markets are trying to maintain their current levels on Wednesday, amid investors’ tendency to exchange positions in stocks.

 Long-term investors resumed their trades and purchases of blue chips and mid caps, despite the negative performance witnessed by the markets recently, financial analyst Mahmoud Abu Zeid told Mubasher.

Investors still have fears as they are not sure whether the markets broke above the downtrend line or not, market analyst Wadah Al Taha said.

Technical analyst Abdullah Al-Jabali advised traders to reduce their speculative trades and not to strengthen their positions.

Operators of investment funds are likely to exchange their positions to make use of attractive stocks, capital market analyst Hamoud Al-Shammari noted.
