Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Investments is expected to build an investment park in Saudi Arabia in the third quarter of 2016, the company’s CEO Khalid bin Kalban said.

The company is currently working on completing the final procedures related to the project, Bin Kalban told Mubasher.

Dubai Investments has formed a joint venture (JV) partnership with the Saudi-Lebanese firm Red House last March to establish Dar Dubai Investments, which will manage a number of projects in Saudi Arabia.

A real estate fund was launched with an initial capital of AED 170 million ($46.3 million) to provide finance for the project.
