Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Cement Company’s board of directors decided during its meeting on Tuesday to distribute cash dividends at SAR 2.75 (27.5% of the capital) for the first half of 2016, totalling SAR 420.75 million.

The dividend eligibility will be for shareholders registered till the end of trading on 16 June. Dividends will be deposited into shareholders' accounts as of 27 June through Riyad Bank, according to a bourse filing released on Wednesday.

The company earlier paid cash dividends at SAR 3 per share for the first half of the fiscal year 2015, totalling SAR 459 million.
