Mubasher: Al Anwar Holding’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) is set to meet on 13 June to discuss a cash dividend to shareholders of 10 baizas per share, or 10%, added to bonus shares of 16.61%.

The bonus stocks will be 16.61 shares for 100 shares for the fiscal year 2015, the company said in a filing to the Muscat Securities Market (MSM) on Sunday.

It added that the OGM will also approve financials for the first quarter of the year ended 31 March 2016.

Al Anwar’s stock gained 0.44% to OMR 0.23 by 10:32am Oman time.
