Mubasher: Dhofar Insurance Company said Sunday that its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for 26 May was postponed due to lack of quorum.

The EGM was due to discuss amending the second paragraph of article No (30) in the statute to increase the number of board members from five to seven.
