Kuwait-Mubasher: Acico Industries’ ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Sunday has agreed to distribute 20% cash dividends and bonus shares of the capital for the fiscal year 2015.

The shareholders approved the payment of 15% cash dividends or 15 fils per share, with a total value of KWD 4.09 million, according to an issued statement.

The company will distribute 5% bonus shares or 5-for-100 shares, at a value of KWD 1.37 million.

Acico’s stock retreated 2% to end Sunday’s session at 305 fils.
