Cairo – Mubasher: El Kahera Housing Company’s earnings rose in the first quarter of fiscal 2016 by 74.7% year-on-year.

Consolidated net profit reached EGP 42.214 million ($4.74 million) in Q1-16, versus EGP 24.166 million ($2.71 million) in Q1-15, according to a bourse filing released on Monday.

Operating profit jumped in the three-month period by 179% to EGP 107.076 million, compared to EGP 38.3 million in the same period of 2015.
