Mubasher: Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) announced Tuesday that the 130^th issue of the government’s short-term Islamic lease securities (Sukuk Al Ijara) has been oversubscribed by 131%.

The BHD 26 million Sukuk will mature on 182 days, starting from 16 June, 2016 to 15 December, 2016.

The bank stated that the expected return of the Sukuk reaches 2.30%, compared to 2.25% of the previous issue subscribed on 12 May 2016.
