Mubasher: The Central Bank of Oman (CBO) issued on Tuesday a tender of government treasury bills, number 10, for a maturity period of 28 days, from 22 June to 22 July.

The total value of the allotted treasury bills worth OMR 8 million, according to Oman News Agency.

The average accepted price reached 99.96 for each OMR 100, the minimum accepted price was 99.95 for each OMR 100, while the average discount rate and the average yield arrived at 0.498% and 0.4986% respectively.

The interest rate on the Repo operations with CBO is 1% for the period from 21 July to 27 July, while the discount rate on the treasury bills discounting facility with CBO is 1.75% for the same period, according to a statement by the bank.
