Riyadh – Mubasher: Investors on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) will be anticipating several important events pertaining to listed companies during the week between 26 and 30 June.

These events include the distribution of cash dividends in Yansab, Saudi Cement, Bupa Insurance, Al Yamamah Steel and GASCO.

Dividends by the five companies are expected to total SAR 1.52 billion, with Yansab accounting for 49% of the distributions with SAR 844 million, statistics by Mubasher has shown.

A number of other companies will discuss the distribution of dividends worth SAR 209 million.

Bishah Agriculture Development will hold its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings on Monday, 27 June (the second meeting) to discuss whether or not to liquidate the company or continue with its operations.

Moreover, Abdullah Abdul Mohsen Al Khodari Sons' extraordinary general meeting is slated for Tuesday, 28 June and will discuss a capital hike through a bonus issuance.
