Cairo – Mubasher: Arabia Investments, Development and Financial Investment Holding Co. approved the establishment of new company with issued capital of EGP 100 million.

The new company will operate within the general trading and export activities.

The new entity will be completely owned by Arabia Investments with self-financed authorized capital of EGP 1 billion.

The company posted net losses of EGP 32.81 million in the first quarter of 2016, compared with EGP 5.35 million in the same period of the previous year.
