Mubasher: Takaful Oman Insurance Company on Sunday posted a profit of OMR 620,000 ($1.59 million) in Q2-16, a surge of 256.8% from OMR 173,780 ($446,790) in Q2-15.

At the level of the first half of 2015, the insurance company posted a 99% growth in profits to OMR 1.62 million compared to OMR 814,320 in the same period last year, according to the company’s bourse disclosure.
