Saudi Catering to pay SAR 1.75/shr dividends for Q2

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Airlines Catering Company’s board of directors recommended cash dividends at SAR 1.75 per share (17.5% of share’s par value) for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2016, totalling SAR 143.5 million.

The dividend eligibility is for registered shareholders till the close of trading on 1 August. The distribution will start as of 31 August through the Saudi British Bank (SABB) directly to shareholders bank account, according to a bourse filing.

The company reported on Tuesday a net profit of SAR 145 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2016, falling 17.49% from SAR 175.82 million posted for Q2-15.

Meanwhile, net profit rose in the first half of the year by 2.39% year-on-year.

The stock closed yesterday’s trading at SAR 95.49, with a fall of 1.56%.
