Riyadh-Mubasher: The board of directors of Yamama Cement Co. (YCC) recommended to distribute dividends of SAR 0.25 per share at total amount of SAR 50.6 million representing 2.5% of the stock’s par value.

shareholders of record till 15 August 2016 would be entitled to the dividends distribution, while the distribution will start of 25 September.

The firm attributed the decline in the dividends’ value for the second quarter of 2016, compared with the previous quarter, to financing the company’s project regarding moving its complex to new location.

The firm is capitalized at EGP 2.02 billion distributed across 202.5 million shares at par value of SAR 10 each.
