Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Waha Capital bought back 625,000 of its shares on Wednesday, 20 July at AED 1.98 per share.

The repurchased shares totalled AED 1.24 million representing 0.03% of capital, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

Under its buyback programme, the company’s total repurchased shares reached around 101.2 million, whereas remaining shares have declined to 93.25 million.

Waha’s ended Wednesday’s trades at AED 1.99 per share after 3.18 million shares were exchanged at a turnover of AED 6.33 million.
