Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Housing Co. said it delayed the evacuation of Merryland casino until it secures the required security approvals.

Earlier, the company set 22 June 2016 for evacuating Maryland.

Notably, North Cairo’s Court of Appeal dropped a lawsuit filed by Magic Dreams against the real estate developer over the casino and granted Heliopolis house a writ of ejection as per terms and condition set in the lease agreement. On 29 May, Heliopolis Company has started the procedures of evacuation.
