Cairo – Mubasher: Egypt’s Ministry of Finance said it appointed NI Capital for asset management, part of the National Investment Bank (NIB) to promote and cover the ministry’s initial public offering (IPO) program.
The ministry’s IPO program comes in the framework of the government plan to diverse the investment resources and to accelerate the economic growth rate, through attracting indirect local and foreign investments, said Investment Minister Dalia Khorshid.
The program will contribute in widening the ownership base in the public companies as well as it will enhance the transparency and governance rules, noted Khorshid
