Kuwait-Mubasher: Securities Group said that its ordinary general meeting agreed on distributing 5% cash dividends of the capital for the fiscal year ended 31 March, 2016.

Based on the approval of the official authorities, the company will pay 5 fils per share to each shareholder.

During the fiscal year ended 31 March, 2016, the firm had suffered KWD 14.68 million losses versus profits worth KWD 3.9 million a year earlier.
