Mubasher: Galfar Engineering and Contracting Company said Thursday that it has been awarded a contract worth OMR 5.3 million ($13.700 million) by Oman Electricity Transmission Company.

Under the contract,  Galfar will be upgrade Adam Grid Station from 2 X 40 MVA to s X 125 MVA in a period of 15 months.

Galfar expected reasonable income from this project, according to a bourse filing.
