Dubai – Mubasher: Speculators on UAE stock markets are likely to keep having the upper hand in Monday's trading session amid lack of positive data and lower liquidity levels, analysts told Mubasher.

UAE stocks are likely prone to more fluctuations on Monday due to the absence of new stimuli that opens the door to speculators' jittery performance, said market analysts Mohamed Al-Housni and Mohammed Al-Anzi.

Both analysts noted that institution's weaker appetite for purchase significantly affects the markets' turnovers and reflects investors' tendency to wait for positive indicators on which they can build their next steps.

DFM’s benchmark index is expected to remain above 3,559 points on Monday, with possibility to range between 3,580 and 3,600 points at close, said market analyst Jamal Abdulhamid.

On Sunday, DFM main index leveled down 0.38% or 12.74 points to 3,559.70 points.

Meanwhile, ADX benchmark edged up 0.02%, or 0.48 points, to 4519.29 points.
