Cairo – Mubasher: The shareholders of Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling will convene on 30June 2016 to consider FY15/16 financials and cash dividend distribution.

The extraordinary general meeting will look into paying out cash dividends at EGP 5.54 a share, higher 54 piasters as compared to the rate before capital hike.

In March, the Egyptian Exchange allowed the company to raise its issued capital from EGP 123.2 million to EGP 739.3 million.  

Meanwhile, the ordinary meeting will discuss the board's and auditor's report for the same fiscal year, along with other items including the strategic reserve and the company's vision.

Over the fiscal year 2015/16, the company earned EGP 1.4 billion compared to EGP 860.6 million a year earlier.
