Riyadh – Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance will vote on the board’s recommended for the distribution of cash dividends for 2015 on 4 September.

The company’s board recommended cash distribution of SAR 2 per share totalling SAR 50 million and representing 20% of capital, according to a bourse filing.

Registered shareholders at the end of trading on the date of general meeting will be entitled to receive the dividends.
