Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) closed Tuesday’s session in its lowest level in six months.

The main index shed 0.23% or 13.88 points to stand at 6,092 points.

The market achieved more than 131 points losses in the last three sessions.

The building and construction sector led the gaining eight sectors rising 1.08%, followed by the transport and industrial investment sectors which added 0.90% and 0.67%, respectively.

On the other hand, the media sector topped the losing seven sectors falling 4.06%, followed by the energy and cement sectors which were down 1.65% and 1.40%, respectively.

On the stock level, 93 shares levelled up, 72 shares levelled down and 4 shares remained unchanged.

Red Sea Housing Services gained 9.88%, followed by Saudi Arabian Refinery Co. (SARCO) and Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (Saptco) which increased 4.97% and 3.56%, respectively.

Saudi Research and Marketing Group lost 7.34%, followed by Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SIIG) and Filing and Packing Materials Manufacturing Company (FIPCO) which decreased 4.78% and 4.34%, respectively.
