Mubasher:  Oman Flour Mills’ board of directors proposed during its meeting on Tuesday the distribution of cash dividends of 45 baisas per share (45% of the paid-up capital) for the fiscal year ended on 30 June 2016.

The recommendation will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which is proposed to be held on 28 September 2016, according to a bourse filing.

The company earlier posted a net profit of OMR 12.93 million for the fiscal year 2015, 57.7% up from OMR 8.20 million for FY14.
