Riyadh - Mubasher: The Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation signed on Monday an agreement with a representation from the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in accordance to the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation.

The agreement enhances the cooperation between Saudi Arabia and the United States in various subjects including; issuing and approving licenses, aviation regulations, the coordination between the two countries’ inspectors, as well as training and maintenance.

The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Global Ministerial Aviation Summit, held in Riyadh from 29 to 31 August 2016.
