Cairo – Mubasher: Orascom Construction Ltd will hold its extraordinary general meeting on 28 September to consider repurchasing and cancelling one million treasury shares, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The quote per share will be decided by the board as per the regulatory requirement of Cairo bourse and NASDAQ Dubai after obtaining the extraordinary meeting's approval.

By 10:38am Cairo time, the stock quote was higher 2.8% to EGP 69 on Tuesday after trading 767,260 shares at EGP 4.65 million.
