Mubasher: Biopharm, a subsidiary of EuroMena, listed 20% of its shares on the Algiers Stock Exchange for a value of DZD 6.3 billion ($58.1 million), according to a press release.

Biopharm is the third company of EuroMena’s portfolio to be listed on the stock market, after Siniora Food Industries was listed on the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE), and Palestine Securities Exchange on Palestine Stock Exchange (PEX).

Euromena said in its press release that Biopharm works in the field of manufacturing and distributing medicines in the Algerian market with a market share of 15%, adding that the company has a market value of around DZD 31.5 billion ($290 million).
