Cairo – Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development said it will a public auction next October to specialized contracting companies, in order to participate in the development process of Granada city.

Heliopolis Housing stated it is working on securing the needed approvals of the authorities.

Lately, the real estate firm said it studies the possibility of converting Granada city to a world cultural hub at estimated cost of EGP 12 million.

Heliopolis Housing has appointed Mimar Engineering Consultancy to advise on the architects works of Granada city.
