Riyadh – Mubasher: United Foodstuff Industries Group will start distributing dividends of 5 fils per share, representing 5% of capital to shareholders for the the fiscal year 2015 on 26 September.

Distributions will be carried out via Kuwait Clearing Company, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

Registered shareholders at the date of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) are eligible for the dividends.

OGM of United Foodstuff Industries Group agreed on the board’s proposal of distributing 5% cash dividends of the capital early this month.
