Kuwait – Mubasher: Kuwait Projects Holding (KIPCO) has started the construction works of Hessah Al-Mubarak District which will be located in the capital, Kuwait.

The project will have a cost of an average between $2 billion and $2.5 billion, deputy chairman Faisal Hamad Mubarak Al Ayyar said in a press conference held Sunday.

Construction works of Hessah Al-Mubarak District will take from two to seven years to complete, Al Ayyar said, adding that the finance amount will be divided on the banks and KIPCO’s internal financing.
