Dubai-Mubasher: The Real Estate Licensing Department of Dubai Land Department (DLD) requested all real estate brokers in Dubai to verify their ownership data provided through the Dubai Brokers smart system, according to a statement.

This circular is part of DLD’s efforts to establish a framework that provides a safe environment for all parties in the real estate market, in order to preserve the rights of customers and investors.

Through the Dubai Brokers smart application, any person can easily enter ownership data in order to verify the information.

The Real Estate Licensing Department now requires all real estate brokers to download the said system and verify real estate ownership data before performing any real estate sale or rental transaction.
