Cairo – Mubasher: Delta for Construction and Rebuilding said Sunday that the lawsuit filed by a group of its shareholders against the company’s Chairman has been adjourned.

The company said that the lawsuit No. 330 for the 8-year judicial resume filed against the Chairman, Ali Mostafa Mohamed Elba, was delayed to 25 September 2016 for reviewing, according to a bourse filing.

The shareholders asks for annulling the fourth decision taken by the ordinary general meeting on 28 April 2015, which discharged the board members of all liabilities for all actions made in the fiscal year 2014.
